We would like to have the Weekly Market Insights send on the weekend or early Monday morning because they have been sending mid day on Monday and that is too late.

Without including Social Security estimations, clients have a misrepresentation of what their retirement income looks like, and the tool may scare them. Anything you can add to make the tool more robust would be amazing

Would like to have the ability to update a clients email address to the correct email to get it out of the Bounced Status without having to delete the contact and re-add it entirely

Please explore possibilities for more specific tracking of clicks on individual links or videos within the email.

I hate watching videos. It’s too slow. I think some of these topics are good, but I never watched them because I can read or skim faster. There are some jokes that go around online, especially about Gen X, that we learned to read everything so don’t want to watch a video of something that I would be able to read faster. That’s 100% true for me. Having a text option in these emails would be great.I don’t know if you know who you can give this info to, but I’m trying to help. Cheers,

The ability to change the "sender" name on the automated campaigns like you can in custom emails would be very helpful. It seems like somethings that should already be available, and would be great since you don't always want those automated campaigns to come from an advisor as the sender.

i want to run different content between the two channels. Being able to choose one or both would be nice!
