I have two employees we added to our contacts. Due to email/IT security, both of their emails bounced when we sent out our first test email. I am being told that is irreversible even though our IT has now added FMG as a safe sender. Is it true that once an email is bounced it can no longer be used? If so, that is a really horrible policy. It's one thing if an email is entered wrong, but if it was filtered out and then fixed, it should be allowed to try again. Your competitors do this.

When a contact has a "bounced" status, and we've confirmed with them that their email address is correct, I would like to be able to change the setting back to "subscribed" and try again versus having to delete the contact profile and create a new one with the exact same email address. We lose email history when we have to do that.

Please add the ability to unbounce contacts within the dashboard at the clients request.

Many clients get frustrated when one of their contacts gets bounced and cannot be unbounced, especially when the clients contact has request that they still receive content.
