The client would like to have the option to add 'Do you have any question' form at the bottom of every blog posts.

Nicky Saso you can create and embed your own form in the bottom of blogs - you'll need to create them on a platform like https://www.cognitoforms.com/ and then copy and paste the iframe in after your text
