RSVP Decline Option for Events
Lucas Jans, VP of Product
Advisors aiming to improve the attendee experience might benefit from the RSVP Decline Option. This feature could allow invitees to easily decline an event invitation and automatically stop receiving further event-related communications. It respects attendees' decisions, enhancing their overall experience by providing a straightforward response mechanism.
Use Case:
Imagine an invitee receives an invitation to a workshop but is unable to attend. With the RSVP Decline Option, they can swiftly indicate their non-attendance, ensuring they won't receive additional notifications or marketing specific to the event. This maintains a positive relationship by respecting their choice, while still allowing them to receive other relevant communications from the advisor.

Hello! Four advisors I assist are hosting an in-person event and just ran into an issue of a client not being able to make it but letting the advisor know directly (Since there isn't a button to click "can't make it"). In the future is there something can be added to avoid having to RSVP for the client then deleting them from the RSVP list? Would just save a few extra steps and would streamline the event feature ALOT more!
