I've spent countless hours requesting help and nobody ever follows up. My website is not "visible" on Google. I've paid outside consultants to confirm that, and have had many solicitations to change my website support from outside vendors who confirm the same. I was promised personalized service to support changes 5 years ago and over $10,000 later nothing. I need a dedicated person from FMG to fix this. It's very painful to constantly follow up for years without any support, especially the support I paid for as a part of the initial install.
