Provide access to content library to non-Profile level users

We would like to provide access to the content library (greeting cards, web content, etc) without providing access to change company information (email, phone number, etc). Please move all company data to a an admin profile and/or add content viewing to more profiles.
Currently, there is no way to grant access to the content library without allowing access to change core company info.

Michele -
I see it now! When I log in as a sub-user without the "Profile" role, I am able to
see
the Content Library but when I click to view content, I am unable to see or use any content.I
so
appreciate your patience in this back-and-forth. On the surface, things seemed to be working as expected but I see now that we have a bug. I hope I can resolve this for you and our other clients soon.
Thanks again!

I believe we have a solution for you, Michele! At least, I hope so!
Here's a 90 second video that steps through that possible solution:

Apologies if I am failing to understand the problem you're trying to solve and if this does not, in fact, do the trick for you and your team.

Ali Baldari: Profile user allows users to make changes to company-wide information (like email, phone number, display name, etc), right? The team was hoping to restrict that ability to admin users and still allow access to greeting cards and web content to specific team members. Does that make sense?
The Profile user does NOT accomplish this. Please let me know if there is a user permissions level that allows access to greeting cards, web content, etc but does NOT allow changes to this core company information.
Thank you.

I believe we have a solution for you! You should be able to deselect "Profile" Access when you create and/or edit a sub-user.
Navigate to the menu in the top right-hand corner of your account and click "Users." Here, you can add/edit sub-users.
I hope that does the trick!

Ali Baldari: Thank you for that quick overview. This gets us back to where we started. From the video you sent me, the User is unable to change the profile information BUT still not able to see Greeting Cards, Social Posts, etc. I reached out to the Help desk and they said I MUST be a "Profile" user to actually access Greeting Cards. I think this is a huge oversight for our team in particular. We want our users to be able to view and send greeting cards at minimum, AND be unable to make changes to the Profile by accident (or on purpose). I was told by the help desk team that is currently not possible. You must have "Profile" selected to view social media or greeting card tabs, which in my opinion, shouldn't be connected ? Do you have a workaround for that?
If not, that is what my original suggestion says: "We would like to provide access to the content library (greeting cards, web content, etc) without providing access to change company information (email, phone number, etc)."
Therefore, this is still NOT actually complete :-/ Thanks for sticking with me. Please LMK if I'm mistaken and there is a way to allow our users access to the greeting cards without access to change company info.
