Add a checkbox with a fillable line: [box] __________ with instructions that they have to type in the word "yes"

Above that box should read something along the lines "by checking the box and typing YES, you are agreeing that this is not a solicitation for your services, not ours"

You get the idea... trying to prevent the spambots from just grabbing and sending us crap we didn't ask for.
