Insufficient Advance Notice for Breaking News Email Trigger

I had some feedback regarding the Breaking News automated email that was sent. When we toggled that feature on , it was stated that we would get advanced notice to review and decide if we wanted the emails to be sent. Our "notice' was sent 11 minutes before the email triggered. That does not seem like a sufficient amount of time to both see that email and then review and decide. It was a well worded email, but we had just sent an email out earlier in the week about this about this topic and don't want to overwhelm them with this.

Hi, Caroline Murray! Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback about the Breaking News automated email. We truly value your input and are here to help clarify how our notification system works.
To provide some insight, we send out reminder emails the day before a campaign goes live. In this case, the reminder was sent at approximately 5:30 PM PST on April 10, prior to the campaign being sent at 6 AM PST the following day (April 11). This advance notice is intended to give you ample time to review and make decisions regarding the email content.
The "queued" email you received prior to the content sending is part of our system's standard process and is meant as an archive notification rather than a reminder. We understand that the timing of this email may have caused some confusion, and we are actively exploring ways to make this process clearer and more efficient for our users.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our communication system. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Thank you.

Amirah Mahmood, thanks for your response and explanation. I went back through my emails from Thursday, and I did not receive the reminder email. I am listed as the secondary email on our profile (the advisor's email is primary). Are the reminder emails sent to only the primary?
