It would be nice to be able to add additional emails as needed once an event is created. instead of locking it out of emails once initial one is sent and only being able to share link at that point.

When trying to create event email sequences, email promotion can only be done once, and they CANNOT be edited once they're out of draft form. This became a HUGE problem for us for our most recent event. The test emails that were being sent out didn't display information correctly (placeholders were given for names/dates/etc. and the RSVP button link wouldn't work), but we were assured that all information would show up correctly once it was sent to compliance or scheduled. Well, we sent the email to compliance but there was an error in one of the RSVP button links! There are NO options to edit the emails or send them back to drafts. In addition, even if compliance were to approve the emails with the error, event emails CANNOT be edited from the scheduled emails feature like other emails can. And we can't just delete the email sequence and start over, because event promo emails can only be promoted once! Our only option would be to delete the ENTIRE event and make a new one. This isn't an option for us either due to event materials we've already printed on our own which have a QR code that links to the event page. If we create an entirely new event, the QR code won't work right, and we've already sent these out to clients and prospects.

It is an absolutely RIDICULOUS design to not be able to edit event emails. This feature should be added ASAP.

It would be extremely helpful if an event I created can be used more than once when promoted. This is extremely frustrating when wanting to add additional clients to an event.

You should allow an event to be promoted multiple times.
