Equal Pay Day marks the day when women would have to work to earn what men did for the previous year. There are also dates for Asian women, Moms, Black Women, Latina women, Disabled women, native women.

Seeing more inspirational posts about how the pay gap feeds into the wealth gap in general would be good. Maybe with actionable ideas on how to negotiate a pay raises, interview tips for higher paying jobs, how women only apply when they meet 100% of job qualifications vs men applying at 60% and how that doesn't give you room to grow/get promoted/get a raise.
