The Associate General Agent and I were discussing how we think FMG could better serve our purposes by allowing us to sort our website inbox messages into two categories: clients and career prospects. We would like to be able to separate the messages that come in from the client inquiry section and the career inquiry section, as right now they are all sent to one inbox. This makes it difficult to transfer leads into the appropriate marketing/recruiting funnels and lists.
I thought I would reach out and ask if this function could be built into our website and how we could go about that. Please let me know how we can go about this or if you would like to set up a meeting to discuss this further.
