Agreed! The billing system is so opaque at the moment. Recently, FMG skipped a payment month and then double billed me the following month, without any communication.

I agree. The current system where emails are sent from FMG asking for credit card numbers is very sketchy. On principle, nobody should ever go along with such an email without verification even if it looks like it's from FMG.
