Accurate dates for automations on the 10 minute marketing calendar

Often, FMG will have a date an automation is going out and then, it actually sends a few days earlier or later. This is difficult for managers of the marketing calendar because we try not to have multiple emails or too many emails send in one week. This month, the Chart of the month was supposed to send on 8/20 per your 10 min marketing calendar, but it went out on the 18th. This has happened several times in the past year.

Thanks for flagging this.
I want to clarify that the email you received on 8/18 was a reminder for the Chart of the Month campaign, not the campaign itself. The actual campaign is still scheduled to send on 8/20, which matches the date shown on your Marketing Schedule.
Reminder emails are sent to you ahead of a campaign as a heads up before it shares with your audience, so at a glance, the two can look similar. The dates on the calendar reflect when the campaign actually sends to your clients.
Two spots make it easy to confirm timing for yourself in your account:
1) Marketing Schedule (at the top of your account) shows upcoming sends. 
You'll see any scheduled upcoming Automations in this schedule. I've attached a screenshot example of where this schedule is located. 
2) Email tab > Sent & Scheduled shows exactly what has already gone out with dates and any other scheduled emails. I've attached a screenshot of where to find this page.
